If the issue can't be diagnosed over the phone, we will organise a face-to-face visit for a full free-of-charge assessment where we will look at all aspects of the milking parlour and the processes surrounding it
Based on our analysis and decades of experience in this specific area, our team will recommend ongoing procedures and protocols to eradicate your specific challenges, with our own custom formulated, highly effective, in-house produced disinfectant and cleaning products
Depending on the outcome of the assessment, and the root cause of the issue, several next steps can be recommended, such as
- A revised plant hygiene regimen to remove bacteria living inside the parlour
- A forensic pathogen diagnostic test using milk samples from the bulk tank to identify exactly which pathogens are present
- A BOMB of the parlour, which is a specialised chemical deep clean of the parlour following our unique ABC approach. This will re-set the plant's bacterial and mineral load
- Advice about plant settings such as vacuum, CIP process and Liners (depending on the issues discovered on the farm)

What is in your teat dip?ArkShield is a very powerful teat disinfectant product which packs a massive 50,000 PPM of lactic acid in it and 3,500 PPM of Chlorhexidine combined with high levels of emollients, and REAL peppermint oil. We have challenge tested the product against live bovine strains of the major mastitis causing pathogens and it has a very fast kill rate/log reduction. It is the only teat dip you really need on your farm.
